In a few hours Oliver will be one month old.  This amazes me.  It can't be that that much time has passed, but at the same time I don't really recall life before him.  Motherhood is hands down the most wonderous thing I have ever experienced.  I'm pretty sure I acted out of either elation or shear terror for the entire first two weeks.  No one ever

your're doing better then me. I had the check out the breathing thing for at least a month.

And I agree it was/is the best role I have ever had. Although I've learned to not let it totally define me. The little buggers have this nasty habit of growing up and leaving you and barely looking over their shoulder as they go. BUT, then they get older yet and all of the sudden you're cool again. That was the best!
