I just got back from spending an hour at the gym. I stretched, spent 30 minutes on the arc trainer, did 60 regular crunches, 10 oblique crunches on each side, 10 pull-up crunches (or whatever you call them) and 1000 meters on the rowing machine. I'm worn out. I haven't worked out like that since my surgery on Dec. 19. I'm long overdue to get back
