Well I'm giving a fail late reply, so we're even haha

Money trees (well, my family's version of them anyway lol) are basically a ton of one dollar bills folded up like mini paper fans and attached to pipe cleaners, and then you stick all the pipe cleaners in a vase. Voilà! I'll get a picture of one up here sometime. Someday. Eventually lol
