books: Pantastic!

Couldn't wait for the library to get me The Second Summer of the Sisterhood, so I picked it up at Target.

Fun times. A pretty different feel from the first book, focusing more on the mother-daughter relationships than in the first one, but still a wonderful read.

I imagine I'll buy the third book at Target tomorrow. Viva la patience.

Should I assume by the time of your posting that you stayed up until 1am finishing the book? Or do you actually go out and have fun on Saturday night unlike us old married folk?

I'm usually up until one. Most days, I work 11a-9p, so I usually stay up later than most.

hee. Read the book on the plane Thursday, am seeing the movie Monday night, know by next weekend the second book will have been purchased and/or checked out from the library (where there were six copies available last Saturday, but I'm not holding my breath).

Have to do *something* until the new Princess Diaries book is out, right??

I just finished Princess in Training this week! I had forgotten when it was being released.

Yeah, I just picked up Pants III at Target. I'm a junkie. Gimme pants!!!

heh. Princess in Training was the other book I read on the flight(s). Two more YA novels (and possibly Pants deux) for the flights back.
