Exercise.

This week I did my 30 minutes of exercise on the Wii Fit every morning! That makes me happy - also extremely tired. I should probably try to eat even more protein. I'm hoping now that I can start feeling more in-shape again. 40 grams of protein a day, minimum!!! Don't forget that dairy, eggs and nuts all count as protein!

Heh, I was already going for the Brewer diet goal of 100g per day... I may not always make it, and I haven't been writing it down and adding it up, but I don't think I'm too far off most days. :) I was somewhat worried that I might be using up too much of it for my exercise, but it's hard to get more when it hardly ever occurs to me to eat meat. Dairy, eggs, and nuts are where most of my protein comes from to start with. Meat is a rather easier source, I just don't like it half the time. *shrug* But I have some nice grass-fed beef in the freezer and some tofu in the fridge, when I get around to cooking them. :) Still need to get more beans.
