Siglock says that Hoe "joked" about it. But, I'm not convinced Hoe was "joking." Hoe's father, Allen Hoe, is a Honolulu attorney, is a former District Court Judge, and for the past 4-5 years has been serving as an "Acting First Associate Justice to the Acting Government of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

I know you criticize the Acting Government of the Hawaiian Kingdom for being self proclaimed, but actually, international law allows to them to do as such, through the Law/Doctrine of Necessity. While on the surface, this would seem to mean that anyone can do this, which they can, but even through the Law/Doctrine of Necessity there are certain parameters you have to operate within, in order to get appropriate recognition for doing so.
