Popolos have a civil rights amendment that continues to protect them whereas the rights of Hawaiians are still violated and we don't have an amendment just for us like how they do. every time I see Bob Dole (which thankfully isn't often anymore) I think of the theft of Hawaii

WHich amendment is popolo specific? As far as I know, there are no amendments that specifically protect popolos
