Huh

Not too sure where I'm going with this, because I can tell that there are a lot of things off with it, and I'm pretty sure I gave up on this to go write Domestic. Which I like better. So ( Read more... )

Having reread a few HP books this summer, I wanna hear your personal canon from there.

1) The unforgivable curses weren't originally part of Mad-Eye Moody's ciriculum, but added in once Barty Crouch Jr wanted information about what he was planning to do at Hogwarts. Best case scenario, Dumbledore would put him under greater scrutiny and catch on, worst case scenario, Crouch wouldn't believe him. Things went middling, though, and even if no one thought it was out of character, it did teach Harry to resist the Imperius Curse ( ... )

1) Vala assumes that Jack is the person Daniel was last in a serious relationship with, which means that every time she talks to the General about him, they're actually having two *very* different conversations.
2) Jonas feels really guilty about the Ori invasion of his planet. It's not like he did anything to encourage it- actually, he was easily the most active member of the resistence- but he'd often wished for something- anything- to stop all the beaurocratic squabbling and make his people work together. And sure enough, if nothing else, the Ori got rid of that pretty quickly.
3) Lil' Clone!Jack was on the fence as to whether or not he should try for the Stargate program again, right up until the lost city of Atlantis fell into the Pacific Ocean. He sort of figures that if things are getting that ridiculous, he's needed. Badly ( ... )

1) John's hair used to require gel to stick up like it does. But now it doesn't. He hasn't quite gotten around to telling anyone about this yet.
2) Radek and Rodney have taken nearly two dozen different IQ tests, and have never managed to get more than a one-test lead over each other.
3) Ronon was an intelligence officer on his home planet, specializing in track down runners: soldiers who went AWOL. He still finds this deeply ironic.
4) Teyla is extremely grateful that Athosians don't find stay-at-home fathers at all strange. She gets enough odd looks from members of the Earth contingent, even those who don't know better.
5) John and Rodney's big fears are that they'll one day explode themselves and everyone around them. The difference being, that right up until it happens, Rodney won't believe it could happen, whereas John will do it on purpose.

1) Neither Matt nor Mohinder remember Molly exists. The Haitian wiped her from their minds for reason best known to Mama Petrelli.
2) Molly herself is in Madras with Monica and Micah, wondering what the hell her fathers are thinking.
3) Claude wants nothing to do with the world anymore. It doesn't make sense anymore.
4) Noah will be physically incapable of doing his job if he remains cut off from his family too long.
5) Until Claire can save herself, there will always be a dark future everyone else will try and combat.

Except for now, I went to go check up on Heroes Wiki, and apparently Claude and Molly are hanging together now.

I feel very conflicted.
