**beams happily** Thank you so, so much! Honestly, it just makes me so happy that people even remembered I was doing this, as often as I've been around for the last year. But I'm so glad that you enjoyed it - obviously I had a ton of fun writing it! **hugs you**

**blushes** Thank you so much, babe :). That really means a lot to me to hear. You've said a lot in this comment that makes ME go "huh" - like how checked out Dean is. I'm glad that you liked Castiel in this - I sort of wondered whether his presence would push people towards or away from this story, especially when they realize he's in, like, the last 5,000 words only. But I'm so glad you liked it!! Thank you for reading!

Ahahaha, I love tl;dr. Especially because it's really cool to think that you thought about the story afterwards. That's always a good feeling. But I agree - I had planned on exploring that more, and exploring the Dean/Castiel thing a lot more, but I didn't want to shoehorn anything in. I thought for a long time about how different Dean would be, if he'd gotten out before they broke him. His entire arc in season 4 would be completely different. The way that Sam interacts with him - without having to harden up the way he did, to survive, and without looking at Dean as if he's weak, for having broken - it would all be so different.

I love what a difference Victor living made to the world, to Dean. These small stones dropped into the water that changed things, hopefully for the better.

I've been waiting for this story since you first started talking about it and I'm not disappointed, the way you wrote the relationship between Dean and Victor felt effortless and natural. Seeing events unfold from a kind-of-outsider's pov was interesting, seeing how he interpreted things, reacted to things etc.

In conclusion: Yay for your big bang and if you're going to try to get something published next I can't wait to see what ideas you come up with:)

He was definitely a monkey wrench :D. I could have written so, so much more of this. I'm so glad that you enjoyed it! I ... am giving myself a few weeks off to let the story build in my head, and then ... yeah. Next project, something hopefully publishable. Thank you for saying that! I hope you'll like it :D.

Dean/Victor!!! I love them so much!! Ahahaha actually, it was funny because originally, I had written a much bigger part for the Dean/Castiel storyline, and smilla02 said she was very conflicted, since she loved Castiel but had grown to really love Dean/Victor and didn't want Victor to be hurt. Which was so great to hear. Thank you so much for reading, babe!!

I really enjoyed this. I loved Victor's pov, his relationship with Dean, and the Trickster's meddling.
