I've been listening to Worlds Collide a lot again lately. It's such an amazing CD. I'm Not Jesus doesn't sound like typical Apo, but I love it! I prefer them without vocals, but even the songs on this CD that have vocals are great. Which leads me to Helden. (Big surprise, eh?) I loved this song the first time I heard it, but I swear it gets better

I think I've seen a little of Summer of Sam I need to properly watch it since I love both Adrien Brody and John Leguizamo.

I am so, so glad that you liked that movie. I was so struck by it when I saw it and just blown away by what an amazingly beautiful and real woman Lee made. His mannerisms were just... stunningly accurate. He's an amazing actor. (You should watch him in The Fall, it's an unbelievably beautiful looking film and just... so loved it, too). But yeah, Lee is just... he's the best female impersonator I've ever seen.

Also, on the topic of movies. I uploaded one that I saw yesterday that I really was utterly charmed by and I'm going to put it on my journal later. You should take a looksee! *tells you what to do* lol

You MUST watch Summer of Sam! *tells you what to do* lol :) It is just so well done that no matter how many times I watch it I'm like "omg that was soooo good!" But ewwww, John Leguizamo is just so creepy to me, and he is ULTRA creepy in this movie! A real fucking dickhead!

God, I totally loved Soldier's Girl! It was one of those movies that grabbed hold of me and wouldn't let go. And I was just so in love with Lee as Calpernia. He/She was so pretty, so feminine, so lovable! I read an interview online with him and they asked about how he could look so damn pretty. LOL!

But yeah, the movie was awesome. So many things to think about. Like, what was up with the weirdo crazy roommate? He obviously had a thing for Barry. And Barry was so loyal to him, even taking the blame for the fight they had.

I'll definitely check out The Fall. Looks like a good movie, but I'll have to adjust to seeing him as a man. ;) Hey, you've recommended some great movies to me so far! I loved What's-his-name and the Real Girl. (hehe, I forget his name....)

lol I thought him and Troy (who played Barry, obviously *is really just naming random males to throw you off!* ;) ) were so adorable.

And because I like to believe... well, whatever takes my fancy, I am going to choose to believe that Lee and Troy actually did sleep together in RL. What's my proof? My own fangirlish wishes, that's what. (that's right, fuck you, LOGIC! lol)
