Average for women is, I think, around 21" or 22". I think I'm a bit closer to 23". I tried to make this one even bigger to fit Mr. Sus, but I think the hat looks better when it's pretty loose.

The hat is really quite atrocious. But that's sorta the point, I guess. The munchkin, on the other hand, manages to look adorable in anything.
