There's been some speculation that one or both of the Leverage summer finale episodes could be a back-door pilot for a spin-off or possible series reboot

I love this video and I would watch the heck out of this spin-off. The Nate/Sophie spin-off would be cute, but I don't think I would love it like the OT3.
