Hi! So I was trolling the rosters looking for more backstory for Bry and I think he and Hanna might get along? Maybe? He's not usually the type for random snogs with girls he isn't dating or trying to date or whatever, though who knows with him.

Anyway, he comes from a quite privileged Muggle background and he's pretty spoiled. He can be kind of a pompous ass sometimes, but he's gotten better about that since first year and most of the time he comes off as a nice guy unless he just doesn't like you.

And.. his ex-girlfriend shares a dorm with Hanna. Funtimes. :P

Soooo.. what do you think?

Hey! We do nay have backstory with these two and since I think she's possibly saving James from random DE #5579, it might be good to have some? Then James can be angry!bitter or grateful!bitter (he dislikes the idea of being 'saved') >:D

And from what I've got through scanning, he'll probably like her well enough. He would be a bit of a flirt should the oppertunity arise (which it seems it would?). In general, I think he'd be friendly toward her. He doesn't need any purebloods against him so to speak.

Umm...any ideas/corrections/disagreements/etc.?

OKAY, well... man, what to say? *fails at backstory*

Hanna has been taken off the market by Charlie, but... that does NOT mean she wouldn't be a little flirty. So I could see that happening, or perhaps they flirted heavier in the past. Hanna likes cute boys, James is a cute boy... it works.

As far as saving him goes? She is very uneasy about FUKD and is rethinking her decision to become a Death Eater. HOWEVER, her mom is one, and she feels it necessary to play both sides, so she'd let James think she was even MORE anti-muggle than she actually is.

So I think they'd get along, she isn't all that bubbly - trust me, and he'd probably be the more grateful!bitter than anything.

Oh, deffo in the past then! I imagine he would've been a horrid flirt in 4th/5th year and sort of grew out of it. Especially now, James wouldn't flirt with someone's girlfriend...if only because he feels the angryexboyfriend!pain isn't worth suffering through :P

James isn't in FUKD yet, he'll be looking to be post-Hogsmeade, I think. It's sort of affirmed his belief that it's the path he wants to take. If James was led to believe she was more anti-muggle, he'd take her word for it. If he ever found her questioning it all, he'd be angry and feel all betrayed (aw, he has feelings)! Maybe we could say they were good enough friends in previous years but are beginning to drift apart? Or they were/are just generally friendly to one another.

Wow. I just realized Fer that you play a lot of Hufflepuff alumni.

About Alastar and Hannah. I don't know exactly know how they met or how he would first see her but they would definitely know each other because Alastar needs to know everyone that he can. Doubtful he would side with her much due to the fact she wants to be a death eater.
