If life is so miserable, why don't you stop whinging and do something to make it not miserable? I suggest finding a hobby... or you could throw yourself off a cliff.

I suggest you channel that misery into a workout, Miss Abbot. Endorphins help with depression, and Merlin knows none of the students here have the endurance or physical strength to come out of my class feeling anything but exhaustion and occasionally loathing. It will do you some good.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I try to meditate a lot and do a lot of Pilates.
I know there are not many people who consider this a workout but I am always physically exhausted after some units.
