Last last week, I got Season 1 of Once Upon a Time sent by unico_love!  And she got it when it was cheapest on Amazon because now the price is bumped up about $10 because Season 2 is airing.  YAY, I love Once Upon a Time!

Today I got a postcard from hatebiscuit and noahj from Canada!  It's of the Square in their city from 1900!

Over the past few days...

Sunday I talked to thethornbird on Skype.  Through voice only for me and video for her, because my webcam is broken.  Nevertheless, my laptop blue-screened TWICE.  It was a cathartic and fun talk, not including the Tech Gods frowning on us.  I'm sorry I didn't hang out more with her the last year I was in Chicago.

Summer 2007 when my parents were still living in Romania, I visited them. We went on a road trip through some parts of Central/Eastern Europe.
