10 Years Later

I am watching the news, and crying my eyes out. It is SO incredibly sad, to see this.

I agree it is incredibly sad.

My way of handling it is not to watch the TV since I feel that it is giving the terrorists even more motivation to strike again. They are getting so much free publicity. It is such a fine line to walk between honoring those who were lost and giving the terrorists a thrill because we are still mourning.

I'm not watching mostly because I think it's overboard. It's one thing to remember and quite another to relive it. This seem mighty close to reliving it, to me. I went to a friend's farm to play with her puppies and someone said that if everyone had a puppy, stuff like 9/11 most likely wouldn't have happened. Best quote today.

I agree with the 'reliving it'. The puppy comment is very true. Dogs seem to soothe many people.

Yesterday was the 10th anniversary of "then". Today is the 10th anniversary of "now". What a day of emotions.
