A glitch. But they have the power to invoke a version of this glitch at will. Permanent droning, then, may be out of their capacity to control, but temporary droning, while it appears to operate on essentially similar principles, has a different origin--not this process of 'conversion.'

I have my reasons, yes. At first I struggled to leave just like everyone else but now I have a reason to stay... that is too personal for an intellectual conversation such as this, however.
