When I started writing in this space, so many monthes ago, I wanted people to hear me. I needed people to talk to. I was alone. And needed company. I found that through this community. But I was stupid. I treated my journal more like a newspaper column to sound off on the "big issues", and the little ones went untouched. I didnt want to be just

Welcome back .. I was wondering what happened to you!

Let me tell you something, write what you want to. Don't be afraid to post something that is important to you. Care about yourself, don't worry if your readers like or dislike your postings. I post for me, and me alone. Some days it'll be about my family, some about my job, some about nothing in general. Just enjoy!

About your boss ... write what you want to write. If your boss doesn't like it, tough. If you are that concerned, make that entry friends only.

i enjoy your writing...i'm still interested in reading...but write what is best for yourself because that is what matters :-)
