A couple tables over, someone else is also working hard.
Okay, that's a horrible lie. A few tables over, Daniel does have what looks like a map spread out. He's also got his head down and his eyes closed. Looks like someone has been working too late and getting up too early.
It breaks Salah's heart a little that he can't do something really creative. He doesn't trust Tequila to be left along in a bar full of vampires and werewolves. That's just too much like fast food for his tastes.
Salah gives Tequila a look, and the cat rolls himself upside on Salah's jacket and purrs louder. There is a highlighter by his cat's outstretched paws. Well, only one thing to do! Salah trades seats so he is near enough to both Tequila and Daniel, and he sets to work on a lovely pink, floral pattern on Daniel's left cheek.

Whatever old enmities might exist between dogs and cats, Journey is willing to put it aside to come give Tequila scritches.
Hell, she's even willing to put aside whatever old enmities might exist between Salah (and the general vampire population) and the Pack.
