I actually noticed the same thing, though I'm not sure what to make of it. Usually people arrive within the first two weeks of the month, so it's possible they might still appear.

I guess so, it's just... A delay for this long is really out of the ordinary. It's like... The feeling a person gets when it's 'too quiet'.
