You are making me feel extremely lazy, your notes are so useful! I know I have read Starlight 2, I remember some of the stories - the Gorodischer, Death of the Duke ( I do like Alec, but not a favorite), the Clarke story ( meh. her writing just does not work for me), but others I can´t recall at all.

I loved pretty much all of Ted Chiang´s stories, I wonder which one you did not like, maybe the Tower of Babylon one? Story of Your Life is probably his best story, and he gets quantum electrodynamics sort of right, a story about QED and it works and it´s an integral part of the plot so to speak. It´s definetely on my top of short stories ever, but then again, I love all his short stories, it´s incredible how diverse they are. And how few they are!
