2. Hilari Bell, Fall of a Kingdom (Farsala Trilogy, Book 1) -- I felt like reading a YA novel after the massive, intrigue-filled tomes of ASOIAF and Kushel's Legacy, so I picked this book up from the Teen rack. ( It was OK, but didn't really provide the YA fix (non-spoilery) )

Have you read Tamora Pierce? She's pretty good with the YA fantasy lit.

Also, it's not fantasy, but I've heard "The Book Thief" is good, and I believe it's shelved with the YA stuff.

I also got Ned Stark on that quiz, but for me, I'd say that's pretty accurate. Maybe this is why I was so crushed when he died. :( Apparently all the "Ned" traits were strong enough that even when I went back and changed some of my waffly answers (ie I can't say "Dating an older person" is particularly appealing, because it's not like I generally looked for it, but I did date someone 13 years older than me for awhile, then had a crush (and a single date) with someone about 17 years older - so, should I answer that question 'yes' or 'no'?) it still came out Ned. Do you know what some of the other options were?

Yay, Sam!

I wasn't sure you two knew each other - I was otherwise going to make sure you saw this quiz. :D

Yay, Sam!

He was my second-favorite character in AFfC.
