Thank you for all the suggestions/advice to my last post. When (yes, that is his name, When), passed away early this morning. Since it was so sudden, it may have been because he was a runt.... but I'm not sure ( Read more... )

I'm really sorry to hear about When. It sounds like the poor little thing was definitely the runt, and pretty weak, too ( ... )

Thanks. Yes, I know it's not good to introduce unfamiliar hamsters to each other. I had to convince my mom to get another cage, she wanted to put Duncan in with Rhal, and now even she can see why it wouldn't have been a good idea.

That's good. :) I really hope you have better luck with Duncan (and Rhal) than you had with When.

Is Duncan a dwarf too? :)
