Gizmo is now a proud new owner of a cage filled with carefresh bedding. As cute as his little hammie sneezes were and the fact that he rubbed his little nose after he sneezed forced me to try a different bedding. Hopefully this kind works ^-^. My Starbuck also had the sniffles. I changed her bedding too and it definately died down a bit. However, she still sniffled. Then I ran into a friend of mine who also had a sneezing rat, and she told me that a little echinacea in her food and vitamin drops in the water REALLY helped (like, almost overnight). If the changing of the bedding doesn't help, you may want to try that.
