litter boxes?

I've seen a few litter box type things for hamsters and was wondering if they actually work? Has anyone tried these?

my ham uses his. but it takes some time for them to realize what it is. lol.

My boy used his for a couple of months then changed his mind - I have no idea why!

I have one for both my boys. I just put it in a corner then put their poo in it and they realise that thats were they go. But like emlett my hamster likes to put his food in their aswell lol
