AHAHAAHA when I was...talking to Flurry and all of this nonsense came up I actually gave him powers over electricity. With the caveat that it messes with his head so he cannot abuse them too much :(

Godric -- or Loki, as he was known in his villain identity -- stealthily crawled through a window at Hero Headquarters. Their security system was nothing Loki couldn't get through, and it spoke volumes that the heroes either didn't think Loki knew where they were, or assumed he wouldn't be able to get in.

Keeping to the shadows, Loki kept an eye out for his quarry, his arch-nemesis. It didn't take long to spot him, and Loki grinned widely when he found him alone, his back turned. He seemed intent on something, and Loki crept closer to get a better look. It would be unwise to launch an attack if his arch-nemesis was in the middle of reloading his gun, or polishing his knives. When he finally found a good vantage point, he was stunned.
