Well, there aren't usually festivals with this holiday, but some people decided to arrange festivals in the cities and made a video transmission about it. There's going to be lots of stuff going on there, like dancing and food being served and some...love tree thing, I think?

I have no idea what you would even do with a love tree, that's not any sort of tradition with this stupid holiday.

I'm not sure if it's formal or not, I guess it can be either way if you really feel like it. Soul knows how to dance, though, he could teach you.
