I was walking back from the post office at my local shops, when I saw a little boy probably around 3 to 4 years old at the traffic lights with a worried look on his face

good deed well done, but I actually thought this story was going to go more like "I tried to help a small child but his mum freaked out and told me to get the fuck away from her kid"
