I can't disagree, though I think the most likely way that's going to come about is if we stop giving anyone with the 99 cents for some rope national TV, radio, and blog coverage. These are cowards, the equivalent of some kid spraying "Fuck Nigers" in drippy Krylon because he's too stupid and ignorant to change or do anything else. Railing at tiny fucktards as if they're in any way relevant to the current process of racial relations is giving them exactly what they want, which is probably why there are so many copycats.

I'm wondering if it's racists, or is it childish people who think it's fun to be naughty (like children who like to use four-letter words because it gets a reaction out their parents).

There have been a couple of studies that say that the brains of teens are still developing and lack the voice in their brain that says "don't do it, it's stupid" (this is why parents are frequently saying "What were you thinking?")
