I just went fossicking through the bowels of my room for the seam ripper that I know I own and of which I thought I knew the location. I didn't find it, but I did find the following:

• My Harrap Mini French/English dictionary
• The Venetian glass fish beads I purchased in Venice while on my first honeymoon
• An opal necklace, I think a gift from my aunt

I'm glad to hear you didn't find a seam-ripper in your bowels, but I'm worried about the Venetian glass beads. Did you mention this to your internist?
