I dunno, something about that just entices me.

And I agree on the LJ absence thing... it feels like if you dont write for a few weeks, or a month, you have to come up with something spectacular to win back your audience. Then I realize that this is my blog. And then I sign in relief.

Is that cookbook somehow related to the restaurant? Because I totally ate there a month ago. It was good. My friend works there. The end.

Indeed it is! (I am impressed that you know someone that works there.)

And indeed I am. No longer au pairing, but here for another month, and then if I get my act together, in Latvia for a bit.

Actually, the friend I know there is moving to Seattle soon, to become a nutritionist. Are you coming back to the PNW soon? Because I think you two would really like each other. Just ask to see her student films and you'll see how cool she is.

Seattle! Nutritionist! Is she going to Bastyr by chance? (I have to ask.)

The PNW will see me again:
- in August?, if the current situation does not improve
- in late September/early October if things straighten out exactly how I want them to.

Regardless, I'll only be there for a few weeks, and then I'm moving to Massachusetts. I can still be a Seattle reference, but I will be far away for the foreseeable future.
