Everything seems to be drying out pretty well. We were hoping to lay down the flooring this morning, and yeah...that's so not happening until everything down there is bone dry.

Yikes! I'm glad to hear that it wasn't too bad. It's so weird to me how much damage just a *little* bit of water can do in a house. It seems so innocuous.
