I have secretly been reading this and I don't comment much but I had a slight idea. What you should do is get Min's dad to give Kyu a series of tasks which he must complete to win Min's father's approval. So he does all this and Min's dad keeps giving him more until finally, Min and the family step in and the father reveals he's approved of Kyu all along. o(^^)o Just a thought! Great fic, btw!
