i understand about the pay! i haven't worked in hallmark for a couple of years now but damn, lol. if you fight enough you will get a raise though. it actually took me quitting for my co-workers to get raises, but they get paid *very* well now ($10 an hour at the minimum)

I worked there for 9 months making minimum wage the whole time.
