That depends on how much publicity the story gets. I'm sure he's going to follow through on the "threats" he made regardless, especially now that she's gone and handed him so much ammunition.
If she can't handle someone using the bureaucracy to their advantage, then perhaps being part of the bureaucracy isn't the best career choice. She basically called Homeland Security because someone threatened to make her do her job. It's clear she can't handle the demands of her position and she should be shifted to a job that doesn't require interaction with other human beings.
