I went to the Apple Store at CambridgeSide Place last night.

First, let me say that the directions to this facility on the Apple web site predate several significant Big Dig changes, so they're a rough guideline at best. Look up directions to the Museum of Science instead, and notice that CambridgeSide Place is around the block

Jon's on his 5th iPod (he has an old 40G). I really need a bigger one than my 20G but I'm afraid to get a new iPod since my old one (mostly) works and I don't *want* to have to go through the process every 4 months of exchanging it and setting it up all over again. Sure, they hand you a new one. I don't want a new one. I want my old one to work, when I want to listen to music, not three days later.
