First, Idol Survivor continues over at Dreamwidth, with the current voting round ending today (Friday). All eliminations are team-based, which makes things especially painful. My team lost a fantastic writer and friend last week, owing to a family crisis.

Not to get all deep about an octopus... but:  Humans tend to take in the *bad* water much more quickly than being able to let it go.... I obviosly need sleep and a new president ....

I definitely need a new president. I've needed one for 4 long, hard years!

For Octobuddy, it may simply be that absorption (via his mysterious, synthetic chemical make-up) is faster than evaporation. But the weirdness of 'where' the evaporation happened? Who can explain that?
