I wish I had more movies to talk about. We haven't seen one in the theater since The Rhythm Section in January (which was a bit of escapist fun). I wanted to see the rhythm section, mostly for jude law, but it's gone now. from the trailers it looked like good thriller fun, so it's good to know it was worth watching. i agree with you about thor - he really did look much better in later movies. he's not unattractive in thor (i mean, the greater hemsworth is never unattractive :D ) but his hair in later movies is much improved. also loki is le sex. SO MUCH CHARISMA. AND SO SOULFUL AND WOUNDED AND ANGRY.

i'm watching s3 of the sinner because matt bomer, but i'm not sure how i feel about it. how are the earlier seasons? i didn't realize it was on s3 already - i thought this was s2.

i read american gods a million years ago but i do remember a leprechaun. i think they changed the character of media a bit for the show, since media itself has changed so much. odin is ian mcshane, isn't he? because he's good.

Soulful Loki is like my Achilles heel or something! :O

S1 of The Sinner was good, though dark. Darker than I would have expected for the network that gave us Pysch and White Collar, for instance. Haven't seen S2 yet, but they're both streaming on Netflix.

Yes, Ian McShane is Odin. He's a lot of fun in that role. :D
