This was so wonderful, even for the math-averse. Imagining the life and times of Zero was a fantastic idea. I loved how you turned Zero into Infinity, having him go from nothing to everything. There were so many great lines, it is impossible to list them all. Working Zero up from simple number lines to calculus was an excellent approach. You gave an abstract number a lot of personality! A number with a gambling problem is so funny!

I tried to make it accessible and not too scary for people who weren't big on math-- and hoped it was still funny to them!

Poor Zero, a hard-working guy who sometimes gets treated like a 'zero.' But life as Infinity is a much cushier deal. :D

More than he ever could have expected!

Though I think he might have some challenges in taking his relationship with x to the next level, if things go in that direction. He's got some parts facing the wrong way, now!

I don't think I'll ever be able to think about math the same way again! I love all the different personalities with the numbers and symbols and the negative numbers. And just reading about Zero and all his jobs. This was a super cute and enjoyable read!
