Yay! I'm glad it gave you a lift-- it's been so long. The last Sam/Dean I wrote of any length over a drabble was for your birthday last year. :0

I'm not sure how the tagging works-- it's missing from the FAQ.

Maybe I'll see what salt_burn_porn has to say, since I'm new at this. Dang-- it's midnight here!

Oh, I'm so relieved. I tell you, S5 broke my Sam/Dean to pieces, and I was hoping this challenge might help resurrect it. Or the schmoop. Or both. Or anything, really!

The itching powder was a crime against both nature and Sam's godlike physique. But it seemed fitting that Sam's own choice should come back to bite him, too.

Not that it slowed Dean down at all. :)

I have been wondering whether slash is the only context in which real Winchester schmoop can happen...guess this challenge is going to help me find out! How'd it feel to be the one to kick it all off? Glad it wasn't me - you did a great job!

It can definitely be Gen, though Winchesters and any kind of schmoop is a real challenge, I think. One of my schmoop_bingo entries wound up being Gen ( this one), because I never get move it into slash.

It was daunting to be the first. Gah! I flailed most of the day over the setup for the whole thing, especially hard since S5 totally broke my Sam/Dean porn fu.
