I've missed a lot of DH fic lately myaself, but I'm hoping to get caught up too. Sadly, I've only written two of these (the longer fic is only half-finished), but I hope you like the other one too. :)

I liked this a lot.
It was nice touch how they were both being so subtle.
The tension during the dinner and McClane eating the chocolate -scene was seriously hot :)

Matt was less subtle, I think, and John was too subtle even for himself! Thank goodness he finally put it together.

I'm so happy to hear that! My first John/Matt didn't make it to the Slash, so this is my first time for this pairing.

I think understanding why he likes Matt so much is a big leap for a guy like John, when it goes against everything the thinks about himself.

But in the end, he's finally helpless against Matt's charms and the happiness all of it seems to bring him. Who wouldn't be? :)

The message he was worried about sending, only to find that Matt was more than ready to hear it and that he wanted to say it after all. Darn those strong, silent types who don't think about their motives often enough! :)
