OMG this is just...like the whole guys who are all business and dealing with too much, I was kinda just throwing it out there and I never thought you'd do it but DAMN you made it work. They need each other and you made that so evident in so short a space. Intimate and hot and angsty - so, so great! And there was plot in there too, and not once did the name thing confuse me, so I'm totally impressed on a logistical level as well!

OMG, I'm just rewatching episodes of S2 of 24 and there's this doctor at a clinic who Jack needs to save a man who's been shot -- and then Jack is taken prisoner and tortured and the same doctor is called in to resuscitate him! It's a perfect scenario to swap in Dr. Shephard! (And OMG, Jack Bauer is NAKED in this one... Yep. Tied up and naked.)

Tell me again why I stopped watching this show?

Yes! You got it right. The guy dies trying to tell Jack where he's hidden the chip that contains the proof that the Cyprus recordings were forged. All he says is "inside." And then Jack sees his X-rays and realizes he meant inside him. And OMG, the torture is so damn intense. :-/ And Jack DIES. GAH. They bring him back, of course, but ye gods.

I DON'T KNOW! You're not watching? Everyone needs a weekly dose of Jack Bauer!
