[Audio, locked from known hostiles]

... So, what happened last week has a tendency to happen a lot, from what I understand.

Has there been any progress in finding out a way to stop things like that from happening?

As far as I've seen, people have just gone along with it. There are far bigger things to worry about than acting strangely for a week.

But what if the next time it's not something that's as harmless as what happened this time?

I've been here nearly two years, and I've never seen a virus actually harm anyone.

... Well... that's good to know, at least.

You'll want to speak with the Wizards of Witchenly.

Though to be really precise, there does not seem to be any means of stopping it. In fact, anyone who appears here contracts this virus. It only rears itself up at random intervals, though, always at the same time with similar effects.

Its very amusing, actually, most of the time!

I've done research into the subject once or twice before, Shoutarou. I have yet to find anything contrary to what you've already been told - specifically that there is little if no way to avoid a virus and if you are unaffected, you are very fortunate indeed.

That is, of course, entirely dependent on the situation and circumstances of the virus and the elements taking place at the time.

Curious... Is that why you spent no time around the Agency this past week?

... That's a bit worrying. The last thing we need is for one of us to end up affected with the virus at some point in the future.

And... umm... yes. I was looking around to see if I could find out more about what was happening.

I completely understand the sentiment. It would especially troubling should it happen during a future case that we would be a part of. Most definitely something to be wary of in the future. I've watched a couple of the viruses and they can be... quite interesting both as a victim and as someone who was watching. This past one made me feel... somewhat lonely with no one around but Fang and Mikku. It was quite strange.

I see. Well, it seemed as though it effected the parts of the brain that are known for love, lust and affection. It was quite the interesting virus. It appears there is quite the history of this virus.

Considering how people were afflicted, I think I can do without anything of the sort.

Definitely agreed.

Well, that and the Chief may not react well.

Apparently this has been known to happen around White Day, as well, so we'd best be prepared.

I have no idea on a way to stop them but if you find one please tell me. I am at a compromising position already so these viruses scare me half to death when one appears.
