I love that scene too. Another reason to love CJ- she gets the funniest cheese appointments. Particularly when you consider the Crackpots' other rules. Shelia Rosenberg lecturing on how maps inform northern, white superiority complexes? Ron Swanson looking out for wolves?
You captured every thing I love about CJ -- except one. :-/ You didn't include her father in her relationships. CJ struggled to balance her desire to be near him with the need to remain close to the President. We watched as she tryed to heal their strained relationship, only to have it crumble as his health failed.
Congratulations on your first post. I look forward to reading more from you.
Thank you so much! I agree that her relationship with her father was fascinating. To be honest though, I had to really limit myself only coming up with ten reasons why CJ is awesome. I couldn't include her real quirkiness (goldfish to vernal equinoxes), how she takes responsibility for all screw-ups both her own and others, her relentless professionalism even when others aren't being professional, etc. I could honestly could come up with another list of ten reasons why she's awesome if I put my arm into it.
