"Thanks for having me" would have been in tone with their slogan-fest, but the salacious comments could take a break. For a few minutes, anyway.
The apartment looked a pretty typical size for a studio in the Big Apple, namely snug. But the furniture actually matched and was of good quality, and the couch was big enough for two. "Nice place," she said, turning to her host with a wicked grin. "Is it true you had Rory and a bunch of other cute shirtless guys up here hauling your furniture?"

He leaned against the door as he watched Sascha surveying the small space. It certainly wasn't as impressive as bringing someone home to Newbury, but it was definitely more private. "So you want the grand tour?
"You can leave your coat wherever." Peter smoothed a hand over his sweatshirt and shrugged, trying to hide possible nervousness. "I was kind of surprised you didn't have anything better to do tonight."
