When CSA season got into full swing last year, leorathesane and I were so overwhelmed by our bounty that we grabbed every cookbook and cooking website we could find and made a series of increasingly complicated and bizarre dinners. Some were smash hits; others will not darken our dining room again. None of them used as much of the share as we would've liked,

Wonderful! Sometimes the simplest things are the best. Good fresh food pretty much stands on its own and, with a few enhancements like the ones you've mentioned, are amazing! Enjoy what the Earth gives you!
