You are going to like "North American Windpower". Too bad "Wind Power Digest" is a long time gone. I saw some come up on eBay and am still kicking myself for not grabbing them. And there's old Minnesota-based "Alternative Sources of Energy" magazine. Maybe you'll find some in a local flea market or used mag mongers. I assume that the Twin Cities is big enough to have specialty places like that.
