Getting to the performance space was uneventful for once. Theatre Unbound has a new home at the Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center for Community Building in St. Paul. We had to go past downtown St. Paul but not through it, and the place has its own parking ramp, so that wasn't a challenge. Are Freedom Pants like Freedom Fries. Because, of course, Freedom Fries were French Fries; thus, by extension, Freedom Pants = French Pants.

Which makes sense. Oh, the wacky French and their wacky pants.

I seem to thrive in these sorts of frenzied artistic states. My "artistic year" is marked by 3 major events: the 24HPP in mid to late Winter; the Fringe Festival in August, and NaNoWriMo in November. I seem to gravitate towards short, chaotic bursts of creativity. That's why I'm so proud of myself for working on editing one of my novels. Long and sustained artistic pursuit. That's not something I'm used to, but it's something I want in my life more ( ... )
