E3 2007

Nov 28, 2007 11:09

Yesterday I played (company-authorized) hooky from work and attended E3 2007, presented by the University of Minnesota's Initiative for Renewable Energy and the Environment (IREE).

It was interesting, if a bit over my head. )

Geez, I wish was able to go. Sounds like a good thing for a local event. Hopefully the price was right ( ... )

Hopefully the price was right.

Student rate rules!

I do think there should be an exclusive windsmith's guild that has regular conferences, don't you? Suits and academics only by invitation.

Oh, sweet. That sounds like a much more interesting conference. And a guild! I'd love a guild!

BTW, would you like me to send your e-mail address to someone who is already working in the field (and a former student too)? Just lemme know. He might have some tips or inside lines for you.

I would love this more than chocolate-covered pretzels (trust me. That's a lot of love). Thank you!
