Nope, I had volume 8, but i was waiting for volume 7, which is on back order from the manufacturer through Rightstuf. ...But it's still on backorder, so I broke down and read the fantranslation for 7 and then read volum e8.
(I've heard the anime was really disappointing to fans of the manga...XD;;; Chickification to Rosette, for one thing...)

I like to pounce on fic ideas before the leave, I may forget some key components if I do. (Weird though. I've never written fan fiction before now. Then suddenly, In the past two months it's like, "OMG I need to contribute!!" so I've churned out, like, three so far. I wonder if Manda and Astro will let me post the Gift!fic I wrote for them on tutufic?)

Ahhh, I see. I normally have to let fic ideas stew for a while or they end up being too "basic" to me...but not always, sometimes letting them stew makes them TOO complicated and angsty. XD;;; And I'm sure they will if you ask, they've always been happy to see their gifts on the coms.

I thought the ending to Chrno Crusade was pretty sad, but I still like it. :\ I'm still debating whether to buy the seventh and eighth volume of the manga. I have 1-6 in Chinese but the English versions are so expensive (10$ verses a $6 dollar Chinese version) so...yeah. >>;;

Oh, no, I'm not saying I didn't like the ending! (Although I agree it's sad...bittersweet, maybe, but sadder than Tutu's bittersweet ending.) Just that it was a looot of information to take in at once. Aliens...ALIENS?

I think rightstuf.com has it for cheaper? In fact, I got volume 8 on sale there recently--it was under $6. Of course, that would be plus shipping, but if you buy $50 worth of stuff shipping is free.
